I’ve never been one for sporting events, yet I love to go to them. Better still, I love to go to parties focused on sports. No, it’s not the tight ends. Although, that’s nice. It’s the party dips. You probably could’ve guessed.
As a result of my love for football party dip a Super Bowl Dipstock only seems logical. So, here we are a few weeks from the Super Bowl and I’ve made Dipstock easier than ever.

I love to make a dip of roasted red peppers, edamame, a bit of olive oil and sea salt. Would be perfect scooped up with some endive!
