Did you know raspberries improve brain function? Did you know that the average-sized raspberry could have 50 seeds?<\/p>\n
Raspberries are considered a super food. You know, one of those foods that’s so packed full of antioxidants and other goodness that you’re silly not to eat it often.<\/p>\n
I try to keep a bag of frozen berries in the fridge at all times. Frozen berries are an easy way to add color (nutrition) to my breakfast and to fight off those afternoon urges to snack on chips and dip.<\/p>\n
