Is there anything not to love about baked potatoes. Well, besides the carbs.
I think not.
That’s why I insisted on making this loaded baked potato dip after seeing it several times on Pinterest.
How to Make Loaded Baked Potato Dip
- 1 package bacon, crumbled
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 2 tbsp. ranch dressing seasoning
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ⅓ c. scallions, chopped
- Fry up bacon on stovetop.
- Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Top with bacon.
- Serve with Fritos.
I have found that in some dips it’s not wise to mix in crispy bacon into your dip. The bacon will lose its crisp if you don’t eat it quick. So…I recommend you crumble the bacon over the top before serving.
