*1 c. mascarpone cheese
*2 tbsp. honey
*3 tsp. vanilla
Directions: Mix all the ingredients well. Chill for one hour before serving with melon and berries.
*1 c. homemade caramel sauce
*3 tbsp. peanut butter
Directions: Melt the caramel and peanut butter in a sauce pan. Stir constantly to prevent burning. Add more peanut butter to meet your taste. Serve with apple slices and pretzels.
I wasn’t kidding when I said these were five-minute dips. You can make and enjoy these fruit dips in no time. I wish I had more time to rave about their goodness, but I only had five minutes to write this post!

Oooh, the other day I made a dip with cream cheese, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Never thought of blogging it! I wish there was a good caramel sauce here in Australia I could buy to try your dip…
